We offer a typical Umbrian cuisine, sincere and rich in flavour, prepared with selected ingredients and local products.
Many of our dishes tell the story of our family and the region: the extra virgin olive oil we use comes from our ancient olive trees, and the truffle gathered on the hotel grounds enriches the finest recipes.
